Helping new angel investors access the best deals in the Northeast

Members get access to the 5 Angel Capital Association Northeast Regional Syndication events. At each of these online events Members:

• View the top 6-8 deals from the Northeast, each backed by at least one angel group and accompanied by their lead investor.
• Meet 50-100 angels coming from dozens of angel groups and venture funds from PA to ME.
• Leverage these other angels to complete rapid due diligence and invest alongside them.

Members get to skip the normal requirement to hand over tax returns and other personal financial information to startups when investing because RVI is an SEC-approved Established Angel Group.

Cost: $500/year

Requirements: To comply with federal law, all members must be Accredited Investors. To be an Accredited Investor one must have a net worth of over $1,000,000 (not including primary residence) or income of more than $200,000 per year (or $300,000 together with a spouse).
